Smoky Paprika Grilled Shrimp Tacos

These Smoky Paprika Grilled Shrimp Tacos are bursting with flavor, thanks to the smoky paprika seasoning, succulent shrimp, and fresh toppings.

Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Slaw:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tacos:

  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup fresh salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream optional
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Marinate shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
  • Assemble tacos with shrimp, slaw, sour cream, salsa, and cilantro.
  • Serve with lime wedges.
