Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, then stir well.
Add the Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the top.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
For a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes if desired.
Let the bake rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
