Red Velvet Truffles

These Red Velvet Truffles are rich, creamy, and perfectly bite-sized. Made with cake crumbs and cream cheese, they’re coated in smooth chocolate for an easy, elegant dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • Red velvet cake baked and cooled
  • Cream cheese softened
  • White chocolate or candy melts
  • Optional sprinkles or cake crumbs for topping

Method
 

  1. Crumble the cooled red velvet cake into a large bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Chill the mixture for 30–45 minutes.
  4. Roll into small balls and place on a lined tray.
  5. Melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  7. Place back on the tray and add toppings if desired.
  8. Chill until set before serving.

Notes

  • Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. You can swap white chocolate for dark or milk chocolate if preferred. For gifting, let them fully set before packaging.
