Method
- Bake Carrot Cake Base – Mix ingredients, spread in an 8x8 pan, bake at 325°F for 12-15 mins.
- Make Cheesecake Batter – Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, and divide into bowls.
- Color & Swirl – Tint with food coloring, spoon over the base, and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake & Chill – Bake at 300°F for 25-30 mins, cool, then chill for 4+ hours.
- Slice & Decorate – Drizzle with white chocolate and enjoy!
