Method
- Carve a pumpkin with triangle eyes and a wide, jagged open mouth. Clean the inside completely.
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Top with shredded cheese and optional toppings (except guac, salsa, and sour cream).
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with salsa and sour cream.
- Place the carved pumpkin at the top of the tray. Spoon guacamole so it spills from the pumpkin’s mouth onto the nachos.
- Serve warm and enjoy the laughs!
