Method
- In a bowl, combine sliced strawberries with sugar and let them sit for 10–15 minutes to release juices.
- Prepare your serving cups or glasses.
- Add a layer of cake cubes at the bottom of each cup.
- Spoon a layer of strawberries over the cake.
- Add a layer of whipped cream.
- Sprinkle a layer of blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream and a few berries on top.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
- Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Swap in raspberries or blackberries if desired.
- For extra flavor, add a drizzle of berry syrup or a splash of lemon juice to the layers.
