Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate, covering about ¾ of the berry.
Place dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
Melt the blue candy melts in a separate bowl.
Dip a portion of each strawberry into the blue coating or drizzle it over the white chocolate layer.
Immediately sprinkle red decorations over the chocolate before it sets.
Let the strawberries sit at room temperature or refrigerate briefly until the coating hardens.
