Oreo Icebox Cake Easy Recipe

This no-bake Oreo icebox cake is a creamy, layered dessert made with whipped cream and Oreo cookies. It’s simple, rich, and perfect for any occasion, especially when you want something quick yet impressive.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 family-size pack Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup milk optional, for dipping

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of your dish.
  3. Add a layer of Oreo cookies (dip briefly in milk if desired).
  4. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  5. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, crush a few Oreos and sprinkle on top. Slice and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • For a richer flavor, add a chocolate ganache topping.
  • You can mix cream cheese into the whipped cream for a cheesecake twist.
  • Best served chilled for the perfect soft, cake-like texture.
