No-Bake Banana Pudding Cups

These no-bake banana pudding cups are a creamy, layered dessert made with fresh bananas, smooth pudding, and soft cookies. Perfect for quick treats or entertaining, they’re simple to prepare and always satisfying.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 package 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream or whipped topping
  • 3 –4 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 box vanilla wafers or similar cookies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together cold milk and pudding mix until smooth and thickened.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form (skip if using whipped topping).
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  4. In serving cups, add a layer of cookies at the bottom.
  5. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the cookies.
  6. Spoon a layer of pudding mixture over the bananas.
  7. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
  8. Finish with extra whipped cream or crushed cookies on top if desired.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
  • For extra flavor, drizzle caramel or add a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Assemble just before serving if you prefer a firmer cookie texture.
