Mini Reuben Sandwiches

- 12 slices rye bread cut small
- 1 lb corned beef thinly sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut drained
- 6 slices Swiss cheese cut small
- ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly toast rye bread brushed with butter.
Spread Thousand Island dressing on bread slices. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
Assemble sandwiches and secure with toothpicks.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
