Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices rye bread cut small
  • 1 lb corned beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese cut small
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly toast rye bread brushed with butter.
  2. Spread Thousand Island dressing on bread slices. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
  3. Assemble sandwiches and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  5. Serve warm with pickles and extra dressing.
