Ingredients
  

  • 12 slices rye bread cut small
  • 1 lb corned beef thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut drained
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese cut small
  • ½ cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly toast rye bread brushed with butter.
  • Spread Thousand Island dressing on bread slices. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese.
  • Assemble sandwiches and secure with toothpicks.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is golden.
  • Serve warm with pickles and extra dressing.
