- Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out a bit of the flesh to create space.
- Combine tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
- Stuff the avocado halves with the tomato-mozzarella mixture.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with extra basil and serve.
