Meat and Veggie Bowl

A hearty and balanced bowl made with seasoned meat and colorful vegetables.Simple, satisfying, and perfect for quick dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb meat of choice beef, chicken, or turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables broccoli, bell peppers, zucchini, carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: cooked rice quinoa, or cauliflower rice

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the meat and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve warm on its own or over your favorite base.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
  • Swap vegetables based on season or availability.
  • Add a sauce or dressing just before serving for extra flavor.
