Method
- Preheat grill or oven to 375-400°F (grill) or 400°F (oven).
- Mix glaze – whisk maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Prepare packets – place salmon on foil, season, and spoon glaze over each fillet.
- Seal & cook – grill for 10-12 minutes or bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Broil (optional) for 2 minutes for caramelization.
- Garnish & serve – add cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
