Maple Sriracha Glazed Salmon Packets

Sweet, spicy, and perfectly flaky—these Maple Sriracha Glazed Salmon Packets are a must-try for easy grilling or baking. 

Ingredients
  

For the Salmon:

  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Maple Sriracha Glaze:

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp grated ginger

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped cilantro
  • Sliced green onions
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Extra lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill or oven to 375-400°F (grill) or 400°F (oven).
  • Mix glaze – whisk maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger.
  • Prepare packets – place salmon on foil, season, and spoon glaze over each fillet.
  • Seal & cook – grill for 10-12 minutes or bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Broil (optional) for 2 minutes for caramelization.
  • Garnish & serve – add cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
