These Maple Glazed Sausage & Apple Skewers are the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors. Juicy sausage, crisp apples, and a rich maple glaze come together in a mouthwatering, caramelized bite.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz smoked sausage sliced
  • 2 large apples cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Skewers

Method
 

  1. Slice the sausage and apples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Thread sausage and apple pieces onto skewers.
  4. Grill (375-400°F): 6-8 minutes, turning and glazing.
  5. Oven (400°F): 12-15 minutes, turning and glazing.
  6. Stovetop: 6-8 minutes in a skillet, turning and glazing.
  7. Drizzle with extra glaze and serve with mustard or a dipping sauce.
