Loaded Grilled Nacho Fries

Crispy grilled fries topped with melty cheese, spicy jalapeños, smoky bacon, and fresh toppings—these Loaded Grilled Nacho Fries are the ultimate game-day snack or BBQ side dish! 

Ingredients
  

For the Fries:

  • 1 lb frozen French fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

For the Toppings:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
  • ½ cup cooked crispy bacon crumbled
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeño slices
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Mexican crema
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ½ avocado diced
  • ¼ cup salsa or pico de gallo

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high (375-400°F).
  • Toss fries with oil & seasonings.
  • Grill fries for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Add cheese, close the lid, and melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Load with toppings – bacon, jalapeños, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and salsa.
  • Drizzle with sour cream & sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Serve hot & enjoy!
