Loaded Grilled Nacho Fries
Crispy grilled fries topped with melty cheese, spicy jalapeños, smoky bacon, and fresh toppings—these Loaded Grilled Nacho Fries are the ultimate game-day snack or BBQ side dish!
For the Fries:
- 1 lb frozen French fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
For the Toppings:
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese
- ½ cup cooked crispy bacon crumbled
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeño slices
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup sour cream or Mexican crema
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- ½ avocado diced
- ¼ cup salsa or pico de gallo
Preheat grill to medium-high (375-400°F).
Toss fries with oil & seasonings.
Grill fries for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Add cheese, close the lid, and melt for 2-3 minutes.
Load with toppings – bacon, jalapeños, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and salsa.
Drizzle with sour cream & sprinkle with cilantro.
