Ingredients
  

For the Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup raw pistachios
  • ½ cup almonds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 6 pitted Medjool dates
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt

For Coating & Decoration

  • ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • Edible gold dust optional

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Nuts – Process pistachios, almonds, and shredded coconut until finely ground.
  • Add Sweeteners & Spices – Blend in dates, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
  • Form Balls – Roll into bite-sized bliss balls.
  • Coat in Pistachios & Coconut – Roll balls in crushed pistachios or coconut for a festive finish.
  • Drizzle with Honey – Lightly drizzle honey over the bliss balls.
  • Chill & Serve – Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before serving.
