Honey Butter Skillet Corn

Tender corn kernels tossed in melted butter and warm honey, finished with simple seasoning for a quick, comforting side dish. This Honey Butter Skillet Corn is sweet, savory, and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups corn fresh, frozen, or canned and drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Let it melt completely.
  2. Add the corn to the skillet and sauté for 4–5 minutes until heated through and lightly golden.
  3. Drizzle in the honey and stir well to coat the corn evenly.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning or honey if needed.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
