- Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil in a cast-iron skillet for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove steaks, then sauté mushrooms in the same skillet for 4-5 minutes.
- Add butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Return steaks to the skillet, spooning herb butter and mushrooms over the top. Let rest for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with fresh parsley and your favorite sides.
