Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and Italian seasoning.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 7–8 minutes until deeply golden and crispy.
Flip the chicken and cook another 6–8 minutes until nearly cooked through.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the green beans and toss them in the herb butter.
Cover the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender-crisp and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Spoon the herb butter over the chicken and green beans.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
