Halloween Chicken Parm Sliders

Spooky chicken sliders made with crispy chicken tenders, marinara, and mozzarella “fangs,” topped with green olive eyeballs. A frightfully fun Halloween dinner for kids and parties!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 frozen chicken tenders
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup marinara sauce
  • 16 green olives stuffed with pimento 2 per slider

Method
 

Cook chicken tenders according to package directions.
    Cut mozzarella slices into jagged “fangs” using a paring knife.
      Skewer 2 green olives on a toothpick to make monster eyes.
        Warm marinara sauce until simmering.
          Assemble sliders:
          1. Spread 1 tbsp marinara on bottom bun.
          2. Add chicken tender, more marinara if desired.
          3. Place mozzarella slice with teeth facing forward.
          4. Top with bun.
          Insert olive eyes into top bun.
            Serve immediately while warm.
