Halloween Cake Pops

Moist cake crumbs mixed with frosting, shaped into pops, dipped in chocolate, and decorated with spooky sprinkles or candy eyes. A fun and festive Halloween party treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box chocolate or vanilla cake mix plus ingredients required
  • 1 cup frosting store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup candy melts or chocolate chips for coating
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Halloween sprinkles candy eyes, edible glitter (for decoration)

Method
 

  1. Bake cake as directed on package. Cool completely.
  2. Crumble cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in frosting until moist and shapeable.
  4. Roll into 1-inch balls; place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill 30–60 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt candy melts or chocolate until smooth.
  7. Dip lollipop stick ends into melted chocolate; insert into cake balls.
  8. Dip cake pops fully in melted chocolate. Tap off excess.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles, candy eyes, or spooky designs.
  10. Place upright to set, then serve.
