Grilled Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Skewers
These Grilled Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Skewers are a vibrant and delicious combination of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors.
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
- 1 small pineapple cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp honey optional
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger optional
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- Wooden or metal skewers
Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
Thread chicken and pineapple onto skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
