Grilled Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Skewers

These Grilled Teriyaki Chicken & Pineapple Skewers are a vibrant and delicious combination of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 1 small pineapple cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions
 

  • Mix teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread chicken and pineapple onto skewers.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high and oil the grates.
  • Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
