Grilled Peach & Goat Cheese Crostini is a simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for summer gatherings, backyard BBQs, or even a light brunch.
- 1 French baguette sliced
- 3 peaches pitted & sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 tbsp honey plus extra for drizzling
- ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Optional: Balsamic glaze
Grill the Peaches: Brush slices with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
Toast the Baguette: Brush slices with olive oil and toast at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until golden.
