Grilled Peach & Goat Cheese Crostini is a simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for summer gatherings, backyard BBQs, or even a light brunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 French baguette sliced
  • 3 peaches pitted & sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey plus extra for drizzling
  • ¼ cup fresh basil chopped
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Grill the Peaches: Brush slices with olive oil and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized.
  • Toast the Baguette: Brush slices with olive oil and toast at 375°F for 5-7 minutes until golden.
  • Assemble: Spread goat cheese on toast, top with grilled peaches, and drizzle with honey.
  • Finish & Serve: Garnish with basil, sea salt, and black pepper. (Optional: Drizzle with balsamic glaze.)
