These Grilled Flatbread Pizzas with Fresh Veggies are a simple and delicious way to enjoy homemade pizza with a smoky, crispy crust.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 flatbreads or naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese optional
  • 1 small zucchini sliced thin
  • 1 bell pepper sliced thin
  • 1/2 red onion sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil optional, for garnish
  • Balsamic glaze optional, for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush flatbreads with olive oil and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
  • Top with mozzarella, feta (optional), veggies, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Grill for 3-5 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for 2-3 more minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve warm.
