- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Top with mozzarella, feta (optional), veggies, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 3-5 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for 2-3 more minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
- Garnish with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve warm.
