These Grilled Flatbread Pizzas with Fresh Veggies are a simple and delicious way to enjoy homemade pizza with a smoky, crispy crust.
- 4 flatbreads or naan breads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese optional
- 1 small zucchini sliced thin
- 1 bell pepper sliced thin
- 1/2 red onion sliced thin
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil optional, for garnish
- Balsamic glaze optional, for drizzling
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush flatbreads with olive oil and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
Top with mozzarella, feta (optional), veggies, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Grill for 3-5 minutes on one side, flip, and cook for 2-3 more minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
