Greek Yogurt Protein Bites

These no-bake Greek Yogurt Protein Bites are creamy, lightly sweet, and perfect for a quick snack. Made with simple ingredients, they’re great for meal prep and busy days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup nut butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Add rolled oats and mix until fully combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes.
  6. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Swap chocolate chips for nuts or dried fruit for variation.
  • Add protein powder if you want a higher-protein version.
