Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract.

- Add rolled oats and mix until fully combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes.
- Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
