Ghost Brown Butter Pumpkin Cookies

Chewy brown butter pumpkin cookies decorated with white chocolate ghosts and spooky candy melt faces. The perfect Halloween treat that’s as fun to make as it is to eat!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 batch Brown Butter and Maple Chewy Pumpkin Cookies Butternut Bakery recipe
  • White chocolate melting wafers work best
  • Black candy melts
  • Piping bag or ziplock bag
Optional Tools: Medium cookie scoop, light-colored baking pans, parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Bake the pumpkin cookies and let them cool completely.
  2. Melt white chocolate. Spoon a dollop on each cookie, then drag with the back of a spoon to form a ghost shape.
  3. Allow white chocolate to harden.
  4. Melt black candy melts, transfer to piping bag, and pipe dots for eyes and mouths.
  5. Let set fully before serving.
