Garlic Butter Shrimp & Corn Packets are a quick, flavorful, and mess-free meal perfect for grilling, camping, or a simple oven-baked dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled & deveined
  • 2 ears corn cut into thirds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to 375°F or oven to 400°F.
  • Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, Old Bay, and red pepper flakes.
  • Divide shrimp, corn, and potatoes onto foil sheets.
  • Drizzle with garlic butter and seal packets.
  • Grill: Cook for 12-15 minutes.
  • Oven: Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
  • Campfire: Place on coals for 12-15 minutes.
  • Open carefully, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon.
