Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Scatter the berries evenly over the yogurt.
- Sprinkle granola on top if using.
- Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
- Once frozen, remove from the tray and break into pieces. Serve immediately or store.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Let it sit for a minute or two before eating for a slightly softer texture.
- Try adding nuts, seeds, or dark chocolate chips for extra flavor and crunch.
