Ingredients

For the S’mores Dip:

  • cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows or regular marshmallows cut in half
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers about 10 full sheets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup sugar optional for extra sweetness
  • Red white, and blue sprinkles (for topping)
  • Graham crackers cookies, or fruit for dipping (such as strawberries, bananas, or apple slices)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Make the Graham Cracker Crust:

  • In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar (optional). Press the mixture into the bottom of a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe dish. Bake for 5 minutes to set the crust and give it a golden texture.

Layer the Chocolate:

  • Remove the skillet from the oven. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the graham cracker crust.

Add the Marshmallows:

  • Top the chocolate with the mini marshmallows (or halved regular marshmallows), spreading them out evenly across the surface.

Bake the Dip:

  • Place the skillet back in the oven and bake for 7–10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is fully melted.

Top and Serve:

  • Remove the skillet from the oven and immediately sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles on top. Serve with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
