Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions until soft, then add garlic and cook briefly.
Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well to form a base.
Slowly pour in chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps.
Let the gravy simmer until slightly thickened.
Return the chicken to the pan, cover, and cook for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked.
Add a splash of milk if desired and adjust seasoning before serving.
