Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Toss squash fries in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cornstarch if using.
- Spread fries in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crisp.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
