Easter Fruit Tray

A fresh, colorful Easter Fruit Tray made with a variety of seasonal fruits. Simple to prepare and perfect for brunch, gatherings, or a light spring dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Grapes
  • Pineapple
  • Kiwi
  • Oranges
  • Melon cantaloupe or honeydew

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Hull and slice strawberries if large.
  3. Peel and slice kiwi and oranges.
  4. Cut pineapple and melon into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Arrange fruit on a large platter, grouping similar colors together.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Swap fruits based on availability or season. Serve with a yogurt or honey-based dip if desired.
