Easter Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese cubed or sliced
  • 8 oz brie cheese wheel
  • 6 oz Colby Jack cheese cubed
  • 4 oz sliced salami
  • 4 oz sliced prosciutto
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • cups assorted crackers
  • 1 cup mini pretzels
  • ½ cup chocolate eggs
  • ½ cup jelly beans
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup whole grain mustard
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme for garnish

Method
 

  1. Place a large serving board or tray on a flat surface.
  2. Arrange the cheeses first, spacing them evenly across the board.
  3. Add small bowls of honey and mustard near the cheeses.
  4. Fold or roll salami and prosciutto and place them beside the cheeses.
  5. Arrange hard-boiled eggs in small clusters or along the edges.
  6. Fill open spaces with strawberries, grapes, carrots, and snap peas.
  7. Add crackers and pretzels in grouped sections.
  8. Scatter chocolate eggs and jelly beans for Easter color.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Best served within 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Prep ingredients up to 24 hours ahead and assemble before serving.
  • Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Keep crackers separate until serving to maintain crispness.
