  • 1 box brownie mix or homemade brownie recipe
  • 2-3 cups pastel frosting
  • Mini marshmallows or candy bunny ears
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Method
 

  1. Prepare and bake brownie batter in a mini muffin tin. Allow to cool.
  2. Cut mini marshmallows diagonally for bunny ears or use pre-made candy ears.
  3. Swirl frosting on brownie bites, press bunny ears into frosting, and decorate with sprinkles.
  4. Arrange on a platter and serve.
