Dutch Oven Pulled Pork Sliders
Dutch Oven Pulled Pork Sliders are the ultimate comfort food—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. Slow-cooked in a rich blend of spices, broth, and BBQ sauce, this pulled pork is incredibly juicy and falls apart effortlessly.
- 3-4 lb pork shoulder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw
- Pickles optional
Rub pork with smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear pork in a Dutch oven with olive oil until browned.
Add chicken broth, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and cook at 300°F for 3-4 hours until tender.
Shred pork and mix it with the sauce.
Serve on toasted slider buns with coleslaw and pickles.
