Dutch Oven Pulled Pork Sliders

Dutch Oven Pulled Pork Sliders are the ultimate comfort food—tender, smoky, and packed with flavor. Slow-cooked in a rich blend of spices, broth, and BBQ sauce, this pulled pork is incredibly juicy and falls apart effortlessly.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw
  • Pickles optional

Instructions
 

  • Rub pork with smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear pork in a Dutch oven with olive oil until browned.
  • Add chicken broth, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Cover and cook at 300°F for 3-4 hours until tender.
  • Shred pork and mix it with the sauce.
  • Serve on toasted slider buns with coleslaw and pickles.
