Method
- Rub pork with smoked paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sear pork in a Dutch oven with olive oil until browned.
- Add chicken broth, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook at 300°F for 3-4 hours until tender.
- Shred pork and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve on toasted slider buns with coleslaw and pickles.
