Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain, rinse, and pat the chickpeas completely dry.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne (optional), salt, and pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy fresh or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
