Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease or line mini loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Blend wet ingredients until smooth.
- Fold dry into wet gently.
- Mix cinnamon-sugar for swirl.
- Layer batter and swirl mixture in loaf tins.
- Bake 20–25 min, test with toothpick.
- Cool and enjoy!
