Chocolate Tahini Ice Cream (No-Churn)

The rich and creamy chocolate base is perfectly balanced by the nutty, slightly savory flavor of tahini, creating a dessert that is both indulgent and unexpected.
- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk or preferred dairy-free milk
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional
Whisk together coconut milk, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Sift in cocoa powder and whisk until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
Pour into an airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
