Chocolate Tahini Ice Cream (No-Churn)

For all the chocolate lovers out there looking for something a little different, this Chocolate Tahini Ice Cream is a unique and decadent treat. The rich and creamy chocolate base is perfectly balanced by the nutty, slightly savory flavor of tahini, creating a dessert that is both indulgent and unexpected.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat coconut milk or preferred dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together coconut milk, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Sift in cocoa powder and whisk until combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips (optional).
  • Pour into an airtight container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  • Scoop and serve!
