Chicken Salad Easter Rolls

These Chicken Salad Easter Rolls are creamy, fresh, and perfect for spring gatherings. Easy to assemble and great for sharing, they’re ideal for Easter brunch or lunch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 soft dinner rolls
  • Lettuce leaves optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until evenly combined and creamy.
  3. Slice the rolls halfway without cutting through completely.
  4. Line each roll with lettuce if using.
  5. Spoon chicken salad evenly into each roll.
  6. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftover chicken salad in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Assemble rolls just before serving for best texture. You can add herbs, grapes, or nuts for variation.
