Chicken Bacon Ranch Pinwheels

Made with tender shredded chicken, crispy bacon, creamy ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese, all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, they’re an easy make-ahead appetizer perfect for game day, holiday gatherings, or meal prep snacks.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 slices crispy bacon chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Filling: Mix shredded chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and spices in a bowl.
  • Assemble Pinwheels: Spread filling onto tortillas and sprinkle with green onions.
  • Roll & Chill: Roll tortillas tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Slice & Serve: Cut into ¾-inch pinwheels and serve cold.
