Method
- Wash, core, and thinly slice apples. Optionally toss with cinnamon.
- Sprinkle half of each tortilla with cheese, layer apple slices, then top with remaining cheese. Fold in half.
- Heat skillet over medium heat with butter or cooking spray. Cook quesadillas 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm with toppings of choice.
