These fresh summer charcuterie cups are a beautiful mix of sweet fruit, savory bites, and crunchy textures—all perfectly portioned for easy serving. They’re quick to assemble and ideal for entertaining or casual snacking.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries halved
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup melon balls cantaloupe or honeydew
  • 6 –8 slices cured meats salami or prosciutto
  • 1 cup cubed cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or gouda
  • Crackers or breadsticks
  • ¼ cup nuts almonds or cashews
  • Fresh herbs optional, for garnish
  • Wooden skewers or picks

Method
 

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruits.
  2. Prepare cheese by cutting into small cubes or slices.
  3. Fold or roll cured meats into bite-sized portions.
  4. Place breadsticks or crackers into each cup as a base.
  5. Add skewers with fruit pieces for height and structure.
  6. Fill in with cheese cubes, grapes, and nuts.
  7. Tuck in folded meats and additional fruit pieces to fill gaps.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
