Method
- Add oats, milk, yogurt, grated carrot, sweetener, spices, and salt to a jar or bowl.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Stir again before serving and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Top with nuts, raisins, or extra yogurt if desired.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days
- Add chia seeds for thicker texture
- Swap yogurt for cottage cheese or protein yogurt for extra protein
- Thin with milk before serving if oats become too thick
