Campfire Sausage & Egg Breakfast Muffins

Start your morning outdoors with these Campfire Sausage & Egg Breakfast Muffins—a hearty, protein-packed, and easy-to-make breakfast for camping trips!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ cup diced green onions
  • Cooking spray or butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat Cooking Area – Heat a grill grate, Dutch oven, or oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Egg Mixture – Whisk eggs, milk, spices, then add cheese, sausage, and veggies.
  3. Fill Muffin Tin – Grease the tin and pour egg mixture into cups, filling ¾ full.
Cook –
  1. Campfire: Place on grill grate or in Dutch oven, cook for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Oven: Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.
  3. Serve – Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm!
