Campfire Sausage & Egg Breakfast Muffins
Start your morning outdoors with these Campfire Sausage & Egg Breakfast Muffins—a hearty, protein-packed, and easy-to-make breakfast for camping trips!
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked sausage crumbled
- ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
- ¼ cup diced green onions
- Cooking spray or butter
Preheat Cooking Area – Heat a grill grate, Dutch oven, or oven to 375°F.
Prepare Egg Mixture – Whisk eggs, milk, spices, then add cheese, sausage, and veggies.
Fill Muffin Tin – Grease the tin and pour egg mixture into cups, filling ¾ full.
Cook –
Campfire: Place on grill grate or in Dutch oven, cook for 15-20 minutes.
Oven: Bake at 375°F for 18-20 minutes.
Serve – Let cool slightly, then enjoy warm!
