- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a blend
- 1 cup fresh salsa
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeƱos optional
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing
- Fresh cilantro optional
- Sour cream optional
- Guacamole optional
Prepare a campfire or preheat your grill to medium heat.
