  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, green onions, and spices in a bowl.
  • Shape into 1-inch meatballs and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  • Heat buffalo sauce, butter, and honey in a saucepan.
  • Toss meatballs in the warm sauce to coat.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing, celery, and carrot sticks.
