Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour or almond flour
  • 1/2 cup water or plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or vegan butter
  • Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing celery, and carrot sticks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
  • Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Toss baked cauliflower in a mixture of buffalo sauce and melted butter.
  • Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Serve warm with dipping sauce, celery, and carrot sticks.
