- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets in the batter and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Toss baked cauliflower in a mixture of buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Return to the oven and bake for 10 more minutes.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce, celery, and carrot sticks.
