Best Strawberry Brownies

These strawberry brownies are soft, fudgy, and bursting with sweet strawberry flavor.Made with simple ingredients and minimal prep, they’re perfect for beginners.Ideal for holidays, parties, bake sales, or an easy weeknight dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Stir in strawberry cake mix, flour, and salt until just combined.
  4. Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
  5. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the center is just set and a toothpick shows moist crumbs.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

  • For the best fudgy texture, do not overbake. Let the brownies cool fully before cutting, as they continue to set while cooling and will slice more cleanly.
