- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x9-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
- Stir in strawberry cake mix, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in white chocolate chips if using.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the center is just set and a toothpick shows moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For the best fudgy texture, do not overbake. Let the brownies cool fully before cutting, as they continue to set while cooling and will slice more cleanly.
