Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips, M&Ms, pretzels, toffee, and nuts.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto prepared sheets.
Top with extra M&Ms and pretzels for decoration.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on wire racks. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
