Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into small meatballs and place on the tray.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
- In a pan, combine BBQ sauce, honey, and soy sauce. Simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats well.
